The Certified Vested Coach designation is a prestigious recognition of CDAs who possess exceptional expertise and knowledge of both the theory and practice of the Vested methodology and relational contracting practices.

Similar to a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, the Certified Vested Coach must have demonstrated their ability to not just create a Vested Agreement, but have outstanding leadership ability, are innovative, and demonstrate a strong commitment to the practice and advancement of all aspects of relational contracting principles and practices.

Graduating as a University of Tennessee Certified Vested Coach is acceptance and recognition from your peer of your expertise; as a Certified Coach, you will become a mentor for CDAs wishing to further develop their skills.
